**Note: Package Rates are dynamic hence Subject to change at time of confirmation and not available on peak season / Black Out dates. Package is completely non-refundable and non-changeable so please confirm the prices and availability before making the final Confirmation.

• Rooms will be subject to availability at time of booking.
• Please note we are not holding any rooms until this stage.
• Room confirmation can only be guaranteed once we receive final written confirmation from the hotel.
• Rates are Subject to change at time of confirmation.
• Given quote is valid for only 24hrs only from the date of quotation .
• For any special requests like Jain meal, early check-in etc. kindly update us before 72 hrs. To arrival through mail only, because it is always subject to availability so kindly update us before 72 Hrs.

Document Required for Booking

• Clear scan passport copy (front & last page) for all pax travelling.
• (IMP NOTE: Passport should be Valid for 06 Months & above till the date of returning back to India)
• We need 01 Pan Card against 01 Room.
• TCS Declaration.
• Flight Tickets.

.*TCS Not Included/ TCS Terms: For each booking for Holiday packages with value below 7 lacs on each PAN card, we will need to take a declaration from the travel agent. For bookings where value exceeds 7 lacs and it is on a single PAN, we will have to charge 20% as TCS.

Responsibility for Taxes: Travel Agent acknowledges that, regardless of any action taken by TRIPJACK, the ultimate responsibility for Tax Collected at Source (‘TCS’) under section 206C(1G) or any other taxes as may be legally applicable and filing requirements in connection with the same thereof (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘Tax Obligations’), is and shall remain his (or her) responsibility.
