• Rates can be changed due to the changes of the fuel costs.
• All hotels, restaurants and sightseeing  given in the itinerary are optional and are upon availability.
• Any extra sights or excursions, which are not included in the program and are not mentioned in the “inclusions” are subject to extra charge and must be done only after consulting with local guide and company.
• We reserve the right to change the itinerary if local conditions in any of the countries of operation make this necessary (such as abundant snow or icy roads in the wintertime or ongoing road constructions works etc.)
• We reserve the right to adjust the tour cost in accordance with the fluctuation of currency exchange rate or amendments in local Government taxes.
• We reserve the right to adjust the tour cost in case of any change of the hotels and their rates.
• Timing: For each day there is a fixed time. We normally don’t rush and will remind of the time only if we think we don’t have enough time to see the next attraction. We ask you to follow the timing suggestions in order to avoid driving in the darkness as the Caucasus is a mountainous region.
• We reserve the right to change the tour price in case the number of the participants changes.
• Rooms will be subject to availability at time of booking, please note we are not holding any rooms until this stage. Room confirmation can only be guaranteed once we receive final written confirmation from the hotel.
• Rates are Dynamic and Subject to change at time of confirmation so pleas reconfirm at the time of booking.
• Given quote is valid for only 24hrs only from the date of quotation .
• For any special requests like Jain meal, early check-in etc. kindly update us before 72 hrs. To arrival through mail only, because it is always subject to availability so kindly update us before 72 Hrs.

Document Required for Booking

• Clear scan passport copy (front & last page) for all pax travelling.
• (IMP NOTE: Passport should be Valid for 06 Months & above till the date of returning back to India)
• We need 01 Pan Card against 01 Room.
• TCS Declaration.
• Flight Tickets.

.*TCS Not Included/ TCS Terms: For each booking for Holiday packages with value below 7 lacs on each PAN card, we will need to take a declaration from the travel agent. For bookings where value exceeds 7 lacs and it is on a single PAN, we will have to charge 20% as TCS.

Responsibility for Taxes: Travel Agent acknowledges that, regardless of any action taken by TRIPJACK, the ultimate responsibility for Tax Collected at Source (‘TCS’) under section 206C(1G) or any other taxes as may be legally applicable and filing requirements in connection with the same thereof (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘Tax Obligations’), is and shall remain his (or her) responsibility.
