BEST SEASON: The best season to avail the yatra on helicopter is May –June and September-October. We do not operate during July-August months due to rainy season

• Flying schedule/ departure time can be changed any time as per weather conditions.
• Extra weight above 75 kg chargeable INR 2000/- per kg payable at our counter.
• The quality of accommodation available at Yamunotri and Kedarnath is average and so passengers should not have very high expectations. However, at Harsil and Badrinath the accommodation standard is 3 star.
• Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases as there is very small baggage space inside helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage might not be allowed to take the same in the chopper by pilot. Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens. The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount. Full amount has to be deposited before the start of journey
• In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
• Postponement of date will be treated as cancellation and will be subject to availability.
• Subject of Haridwar Jurisdiction.
• On cancellation of any package or hotel reservation, booking payment will not be refundable or transferable on any ground.
• Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of  events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed guests.
• Please note that No rooms have been blocked and the same would be done on your confirmation, subject to room availability.
• All bookings must be made well in advance so that all arrangements like, Hotel, Transport etc. can be made. Once you finalise a package and book with us through E-MAIL, and after making a provisional booking of Hotel rooms we will send you a confirmation along with an invoice.
• As soon as the payments are received by us a receipt will be send to you. Once all services are confirmed a Client Services Confirmation voucher will be mailed to you.
• If the desired hotel is not available due to any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to shift our customer to similar hotel.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice and Subject to change at time of confirmation.
• we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to person (life body) or Any kind of issue faced during tour, its compulsory to intimate us during that time of tour only, so that it can be rectified. After the tour is complete, we are not liable for any kind of refund.
• Facilities like heater at Room in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand will be chargeable as per Hotel to Hotel. Some of hotels are offering free of cost also. We will not guaranteed for any such services without prior intimation.
• Due to any inclement weather condition at Himachal, Uttarakhand , we are not liable for any kind of refund.
• Due to union issue we are not able to provide pickup from ANY Railway Station / Airport. At these places we have to arrange vehicle from union transporter only so it will cost you extra.
• Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of  events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed guests.
• Please note that No rooms have been blocked and the same would be done on your confirmation, subject to room availability.
• Any future tax levies will be charged extra.
• The itinerary can be altered at any point of time due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control.
• Vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
• If a vehicle is used for shopping, visiting markets and restaurants then there will be extra charges.
• No refund on any unused services.
• Any modifications and extras will be charged in cash.
• Rooms will be subject to availability at time of booking, please note we are not holding any rooms until this stage. Room confirmation can only be guaranteed once we receive final written confirmation from the hotel.
• Rates are applicable only for Indian nationals.
• For any special requests like Jain meal, early check-in etc. kindly update us before 72 hrs. To arrival through mail only, because it is always subject to availability so kindly update us before 72 Hrs.

Booking Terms

• ACUTE MOUNTAIN SICKNESS ( AMS ):-
  • Anyone traveling to altitudes above 10000 Ft. is liable to suffer from Acute Mountain Sickness ( AMS ), unless properly acclimatized. In this tour, you are touching high altitude terrain. The most common symptoms of AMS are headache, disturbed sleep, loss of appetite, nausea, coughing, irregular breathing, breathlessness and lack of concentration. You are advised to allow time for acclimatization before engaging in any physical activity, once you reach high altitude terrains. Smoking & Drinking should also be avoided till you get acclimatized. Medical help is available or you should call your Group Leader for help.If due to Weather or any Technical Problems that Cause Delays or Postponement that Entire Extra Night Stay and Additional Meals and Transfers will be Charged Extra Directly to Clients.
  • 100% advance payment is to be made for packages at the time of making booking.

  • Checkin Time will be 12 PM, if client need room early then it will be as per availability at hotel.
  • Due to any inclement weather condition at Himachal, Uttarakhand , we are not liable for any kind of refund.
  • Due to union issue we are not able to provide pickup from ANY Railway Station / Airport. At these places we have to arrange vehicle from union transporter only so it will cost you extra.
