• Visit to Nathula Pass is subject to avaibility of permits and will be charged extra @ Rs. 4500 per vehicle
• The rates are valid for indian Nationals only
• The rooms are not blocked
• The vehicle service is not on disposal and is on point to point basis
• Any future tax levies will be charged extra.
• The itinerary can be altered at any point of time due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control.
• Vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
• If a vehicle is used for shopping, visiting markets and restaurants then there will be extra charges.
• No refund on any unused services.
• Any modifications and extras will be charged in cash.
• Guest needs to carry Vaccination certificate for both doses / or RT PCR Negative Report not issued before 72 Hours of Arrival.
• Rooms will be subject to availability at time of booking, please note we are not holding any rooms until this stage. Room confirmation can only be guaranteed once we receive final written confirmation from the hotel.
• Rates are Subject to change at time of confirmation.
• Given quote is valid for only 24hrs only from the date of quotation.
• Rates are applicable only for Indian nationals.
• For any special requests like Jain meal, early check-in etc. kindly update us before 72 hrs. To arrival through mail only, because it is always subject to availability so kindly update us before 72 Hrs.
• Rates are Dynamic And subject to available or Prices shown are subject to change at the time of booking or May Change After The Quote with Non-Refundable.
• Package is completely Non-refundable & Non changeable.
• The Above Rate Is Not Valid During Festival Periods. Cost Shall Be Additional. Please Note That  Any future taxes or supplement charges levies will be charged extra on Festival at time of booking.
• Please Confirm The Prices & Availability Before Making The Final Confirmation. Prices May Change.

RT PCR:

• If Pax are fully vaccinated RT PCR is not required.
• If Pax are not Vaccinated then RT PCR while arriving / Departing to Destination is Mandatory.
