**Note: Package Rates are dynamic hence Subject to change at time of confirmation and not available on peak season / Black Out dates. Package is completely non-refundable and non-changeable so please confirm the prices and availability before making the final Confirmation.

• *Please Note: Prepaid mobile number of other states do not work in J&K
• *Book your cable car tickets 15 days prior to arrival.
• *The Above Rate Is Not Valid During The Christmas & New Year Periods. Cost Shall Be Additional. Please Note That Christmas & New year Event Dinner Supplement Is Mandatory and Gala dinner will be Extra charged as per Hotel. Any future taxes or supplement charges levies will be charged extra on Christmas & New Year at time of booking.
• If you are cancelling your booking post postponing your dates, all paid amounts will be forfeited.
• In case of missed payment on the scheduled date, we may impose an extra charge for the same.
• Delay upto 3 days or Miss in making payment as per scheduled date may lead to cancellation of booking with zero refund. (You can inform us upfront in case of delay in schedule payment)
• Any unforeseen circumstances, we will try to provide our best but we cannot be held responsible for undeliverable due to this.
• Extra charges due to any delay will have to be paid by Traveller at the spot.
• Delay in making on arrival payment will lead to termination/halt of service until payment completion by traveller
• Hotels will be Booked Subject to Availability Rates are Subject to Change.
• Any future tax levies will be charged extra.
• The itinerary can be altered at any point of time due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control.
• Vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
• If a vehicle is used for shopping, visiting markets and restaurants then there will be extra charges.
• No refund on any unused services.
• Any modifications and extras will be charged in cash.
• Guest needs to carry Vaccination certificate for both doses / or RT PCR Negative Report not issued before 72 Hours of Arrival.
• Rooms will be subject to availability at time of booking, please note we are not holding any rooms until this stage. Room confirmation can only be guaranteed once we receive final written confirmation from the hotel.
• Rates are Subject to change at time of confirmation.
• Given quote is valid for only 24hrs only from the date of quotation.
• Rates are applicable only for Indian nationals.
• For any special requests like Jain meal, early check-in etc. kindly update us before 72 hrs. To arrival through mail only, because it is always subject to availability so kindly update us before 72 Hrs.

RT PCR:

• If Pax are fully vaccinated RT PCR is not required.
• If Pax are not Vaccinated then RT PCR while arriving / Departing to Destination is Mandatory.

Booking Terms

• 100% advance payment is to be made for packages at the time of making booking.
• Rates are dynamic and subject to available at the time of booking.
• You are requested to drop us an email along with the options you want to opt for so that our consultant can initiate the booking accordingly and once we receive written confirmation from all the concerned hotel/houseboat/resorts we will send you the confirmation.
• Please note until booking amount will not reflect in our accounts all confirmations will be treated as tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment was not made by or before the due date provided

Refund Policy

• Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply. If you cancel, non-recoverable expenses of Rs. 1500 per person will be charged and over and above that the following will be charged on cancellation of a tour
• Cancelled before 34 days or more prior to trip start date: 25 % of total package cost
• Cancelled between 17 – 33 days prior to trip start date: 50 % of total package cost
• Cancelled between 16 days to 11 days prior to trip start date: 80 % of total package cost
• Cancellation less than 10 Days prior to trip start date: 100 % of package cost will be charged
